I totally understand that the poor people who work at DOT, have to put up with alot of abuse, I get that.nYou all do an amazing job....BUT.....nThere isn't any need to jump down my throat before I even get a word out like this morning from teller 6.nI came seeking information & I got rude condensation, & left feeling belittled.

Absolute disgrace of a licensing Centre, booked in my PDA and got failed for being TOO CAUTIOUS, The instructor proceeded to tell me that on a orange light I should have turned right and obstructed traffic, you’re either too cocky or not cocky enough, they should be teaching Learner drivers to be cautious and scared not teaching them how to hoon, the old guy with a bald haircut should not work in licensing, he got his license out of a weetbix box.

I got told to go to Harvey to do my driving test as they fail you when you go to bunbury. (In 2014)nSo I went to Harvey to do my test and passed 1st go.nBut my sisters decided to do their tests in bunbury (this year) and for that, failed their driving test 3 times because of the smallest little pick that the instructor had... infact.. I was absolutely shocked when I saw the reason as to why they 'failed'. .. crazy that it's still true that they will fail you every time in bunbury. Don't waste your time and book in to somewhere else for your kids tests.

Visited on Friday 30th October 2020, approx 11am. I was greeted on entry, and after explaining my situation, re changing over number plates, was referred on to a lady named Shannon. The service and professional advice and help I received was exemplary. I was extremely impressed with the outcome. Thank you very much to those involved.

So how many people do you have to fail a day to hit your hit rate daily? Perhaps you need to get more coherent assessors!
