I am very impressed with the service I got at Kathmandu Bunbury 9 June 2021. I would especially like to highlight the service by a gentleman named Kieran. He went above and beyond to meet my needs, answer my questions about products and give me excellent recommendations. I didn't feel like a customer while in the store, but rather a family member at home. Furthermore, this gentleman was very knowledgeable in many areas, such as hiking, local cuisine, science, running and even crochet!nThis man is a true asset to the Kathmandu Bunbury team. Thank you!
Excellent service at Bunbury Kathmandu. Simone was exceptional ; friendly, thorough, very helpful & I'm particularly grateful for her sending on the shoe liners that they obtained for me. Best Kathmandu store. Been to a lot and the service was helpful and the store is set up with little displays everywhere so you can see what products look like in action. Love it....makes me want to buy everything haha
