First visit to a Cotton On store.... Nice clothing and very approachable and friendly staff member. Could benefit by turning the music down just a bit...makes communication very difficult if you don't have perfect hearing.
I would like to commend Robin for fabulous customer service. I was in the Bunbury shop at Centrepoint and Robin assisted me with my queries regarding other nearest cotton on body locations. She was extremely knowledgeable about your services, taking time to explain on line shopping as well. She was friendly courteous presented herself well and seemed very happy to help me. Staff are very helpful and very friendly. I wanted a pair of boots but the store only had one 39 and one 40. They provided me with information so that I can get the shoes at another cotton on store
