Coles Belconnen

Always a great place to go for shopping but lately one of the staffs misbehaved when I was checking out. An absolute disaster to see as he had no idea was he was saying. Being on a customer service checkout area and speaking very rude to the customers is not what a regular customer expect. Will certainly reach out the department with what happened and whom was the person too.nNeeds to improve on that, other than that always a great place to shop.

I prefer to shop at Coles but there customer service let's is down. Last time we participated in their promotion for knives but we never got it as they were always out of stock. They gave us credits after exchanging few emails. This time again MasterChef promotion is no joyud83dude14

Meat sold here is fresh, and the price is even lower than Aldi (weekly specials). Can't believe that unless you see it. Coles is the best among the three giants.

Really good coles store, with great range of goods. If find the quality of meat, fruit and veges varies between Coles stores, and the quality in the Belconnen store is pretty good.

They usually have everything we need. Some good special too. Spacious clean well arranged store
