Bought a vacuum cleaner, best one I have owned
If I could of given no stars I would of. Customer service is non existent the older lady that served me today did not care I had been in twice to see if my part for my order had come in. Both times they couldn't even find the order it was the computers fault and the person that took the order.nThen she grabbed a scrap bit of paper to write my order again down on and my phone number. Absolutely just interested in drinking coffee and having a joke with her work mate.nI'll be going to somewhere much more professional for my vacuum needs. I was trying to shop local and with a smaller company what a joke.

Deserves ZERO stars! Absolutely disgusting customer service, very rude will definitely not recommend spending your money in the Busselton store.
