Brad provided an outstanding service. His knowledge, experience and patience truly amazed us. He fitted in a baby capsule for us, but due to a design flaw of our car it took hours to make it happen. Regardless, he tried different ways to solve the problem and he managed to find a solution. We 100% trusted his work and we definitely will be back.

We booked and hired a car capsule from these guys and they were amazing to deal with. They gave us lots of information of all the different options and when it came to the fitting they were very thorough in showing us how the capsule fitted in the car. They made us feel very supported by offering their continued assistance by letting us know that if we had any questions to give them a call.nTheir store is smaller than all the giant stores around Perth but it has all you need with out giving you that overwhelming feeling. They are very knowledgeable in all the products in store and can give you quality advice about which products would suit your needs.nThis is definitely a store that we shall continue to support as we welcome and watch our bub grow and would highly recommended it to all parents and expecting parents in the area!

For a first time mum Brad and Jo were so helpful. Listening and answering every question I had and even adding in things I didn’t know I needed to know. 10/10 would highly recommend going to see them for all your baby shopping. I know I will be back before my bubs born

Friendly service and everything you need!nAfter doing a frantic online google search for someone that stocked the steel craft 4in1 porta cot I was directed to this business by steelcraft. Thinking it was a hire company only, I called and was very pleased to find out they also sell products. Long story short I bought the cot over the phone and picked it up when passing by! Everyone working there was happy and very kind! I also want to say I felt my business was appreciated! They even gave me a Christmas present from under their tree! I’ll definitely be back if I ever need anything else for my growing family! I can see this place expanding to be as big as baby bunting! Keep it up and thank you! It’s not too often you get customer service like this.
