Awesome customer service!
Every time I shop here I receive great service from manager keep up the good work. I rate your service 10 out of 10 and your shop is always clean and well presented. Nice to see we have quality shops in our area. I was in the shops a month ago when I was rudely harassed by the so called charity workers out side this shop I felt intimidated with my 4 year old when telling them to leave me alone. I felt uncomfortable and made a complaint to centre management. I believe they were asked to not return to the shopping centre again. I believe the bad reviews are some very childish people who think they can harass shoppers and learnt there lesson. Keep up the good work centre management.
Pleasure to shop here. I always support local shops the staff are so friendly at just jeans Busselton always enjoy stopping in and shopping. Staff and shop always immaculate.
Felt very uncomfortable watching the manager complain to a customer in store about the charity workers out side her shop. She was saying things like “every time there’s fundraisers in here I get everyone to complain so they go”.. how horrible. They’re young boys out there working to make this world better and you have people like that? Nasty environment and it’s turned me off shopping there, and I am annoyed because I really liked a pair of Apple bottom jeans, would have gone nice with my boots with the fur. Unhappy experience all together.
I was on holiday here and must say nice to see such friendly staff. So helpful and friendly.
