Shocking (lack of) service. It takes 5 seconds to acknowledge a person standing in front of you but the teller preferred to continue with her social (business) call while I stood there for 15 minutes. I eventually walked out...nnKudos however to the person from the back of the office that at least greeted me. She was however told (by the socialite that was too busy to acknowledge me) that she could not assist as her station had already been shut down.nnManager, sort out the lack of customer service with your employees prior to customers closing up shop.
