It's a Thursday morning. Big queue out into the car park. Eventually it moved promptly enough but by then it had doubled in length behind me. Parking is not free, so if it takes too long there is risk of getting a ticket

Went here to correct a typo on my driver's licence. Great air con, short wait and shockingly friendly staff delivering better service than I've received at some highly regarded restaurants. Still I probably wouldn't come here for anything other than licencing stuff - but there are definitely worse places to be. Does what it says on the tin - transport stuff - flawlessly.

Went 2 March 2021 to Department of Transport (DOT) West Perth branch as DOT website would not allow me to do my transaction online. What a disaster. One hour and 10 minutes later was finally served. 16 client booths however only 6 staff serving. If DOT was run by the private sector it would be out of business. To management, please jump on the other side of the counter to have an understanding of how your department runs. I bet changes will be made pretty quick smart.

Really good experience. Came there after being told, in Cannington, that I couldn't proceed with a simple overseas driver's license transfer because of an unnecessary 'mandatory' translation.nnGot to West Perth and my transfer (inc. waiting time) got done in 1h.

Long queues.... understaffed.... very slow. Took me nearly 2 hours to get my driver's license renewal done. I don't blame staff. But something needs to be done to improve their service. Lots more staff maybe??
