My review is in relation to the DFO store, I found the staff at this store to be highly unprofessional firstly the retail assistant was on her mobile phone and when I asked questions about a tea set she did not hang up the call she asked her friend to hold the line spoke to me quickly and continued the conversation, now you would think that she would end the call but she didn’t I then I asked a second and third question and she still didn’t end the call until I walked up to the cash register with two products in my hands and her remark was sorry I was on the phone I’m working everyday until Christmas Day and was ordering Christmas presents cause she said she didn’t have any time to do, seriously the retail assistant was lying through her teeth as I could hear the conversation through out the entire shop, you need to train your staff in customer service, not just this one retail assistant but all the others at your DFO store. On a second occasion I walked in looked the retail assistant in the eye she was sitting down just staring at me, she didn’t open her mouth or ask if there is anything I can help you with. So I walked out, and drove to the water down outlet where I was meet with smiles, and asked if there was anything that I needed help with. I willnNever be going back to DFO, you get better service at Kmart and target.
