My husband and I shopped at The Good Guys Castle Hill yesterday. We bought a microwave because it was cheaper than other stores. If you are happy with self serve it's excellent. Not one salesperson approached us to offer assistance. We did ask for help but were told they were too busy.nVery bad customer service Good Guys!!!!

Purchased a TV which was unavailable at the time but the sales person made out to be ready for delivery at any time in the days that followed. It's been two weeks and I still haven't been provided an update on stock availability. I was happy to buy a different product if it meant it would be available in a more acceptable time frame.nnTried ringing up the store to see if its possible to cancel and exchange for a different product, but the line has rung through on multiple occasions. You can't even get assistance from a different store as all queries must go through the store of purchase which is quite frustrating for a large retail outlet.nnWould have preferred if I was told that there was no guarantee of a quick delivery so I could have made a different choice at the time, very frustrating!

Nathan at The Good Guys Castlehill store was very calm, professional and helpful sales person during our purchase for LG 14kg washer. Washer got delivered today and its great. Not sure his position in store but he deserve to be a part of management team as he got all the skills required to be a great retail sales manager. Thanks again Nathan ud83dudc4dud83cudffc

I bought the laptop (brand dell) last year from the good guys Tempe. After I located to live in Hornsby and my laptop was broken so I went to contact at customer service at castle hill.nnBefore I went there I made a phone call to check at Tempe that I can send to the service in another branch and they said yes.nnWhen we arrived at castle hill branch the customer service just told me to contact dell company by myself and did not try to help at all.nSo I think this is really bad service experience ever.nIt is no point to buy product from your company if it have problem and I need to make a claim by myself from original company.nnI rang another branch at chatwood and they help me to make a claimed. However, I have drive to different area.nnI made the complaint through email and never get back from them.

Was in urgent need of a decent, but inexpensive phone. Consultant helped a lot, explained all the specifications and listed all the options for me in no time.nChose and paid the phone within 15 minutes without any fuss or delay. So different from the local JB hi-fi shop we have in Macquarie Centre.
