Absolutely loved dealing with carpet call castle hill. Reza was so great and easy to deal with. Explained everything in detail. Very responsive to calls and emails . 10/10 for customer service, knowledge and advice. After dealing with quite a few carpet companies including Harvey Norman, carpet call topped them all in price and service. Would definitely recommend Reza and his team without hesitation. Carpet is fantastic, shutters and blinds are out of this world now I have lovely rugs as well and not only have prices been competitive but service has been second to none ! Highly recommend! I had my floors done today and I am SO impressed with the quality, price, and pleasant nature of the workers. I am definitely getting more work done by them in the future. I am so happy with my new floors, it took half a day as advised, and is of the utmost quality. Thankyou!!

Really happy with the new floorboards installed. Glen and the team really looked after us. Our experience with carpet call exceeded our expectations. We chose the coretec floorboards with new skirting boards as well. We had a large area to cover including stairs. Great product. The workmanship of the installers was stunning. They were fast and precise with the laying and the staircase looks amazing. Very little wastage and they cleaned as they worked through. The house feels new again. Highly recommend you pay them a visit if your looking at floorboards.
