If you decide to study here, you are on your own; forget to be helped by the university to reach your professional goals. Avoid Daniel Faria, the business success coach he couldn't care less about students' goals and needs. If you complain, and your complaint is successful, the campus director (Terese McAleese) will hiss at you for complaining, and won't do a thing to help.

Very disappointing experience. No support and very condescending lecturers. Also it is worth mentioning that some lecturers English language is so broken that the guidelines and general learning is a bismal. To further this, if your marks are not to par with this extremely unclear teaching, you will be expected to pay for your subjects again. Which clock up to 4K per subject. You are given no sympathy, advice, help or guidance. I wish I had read the reviews before taking up a course with this education facility which is unclear if it identifies itself as a university or college (and is not recognised by any company employer). As an adult already successful in my industry and taking a course here to further my skill set - I have never been spoken to with such dis-respect and treated with such negligence. At one stage actually reduced to tears in a public setting of the college by a lecturer - which was embarrassing in its self let alone extremely unprofessional of the staff. Expect to be rushed and decisions on marking criteria’s to be changed frequently. It seems as though the University/College is unclear on their teaching methods yet as every new intake - the workload is changed. Example - the class below me had 30% of the workload my class had as they must have ‘silently agreed’ the workload was In fact too much for the students. Expect to be immediately shut down if you have any learning queries, ultimately you are there to pay a fee. I have heard that the Brisbane Campus offers a much more supportive system however I have not been. This review is solely mine and many other frustrated students I have met and worked with at the Melbourne campus that all run into the exact same problems.

Torrens University does not provide adequate support or assistance to International students. I have recently had a very negative experience with lecturer Krystyna Paskiewicz who was rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Please everyone do your research when deciding what university to attend as I do not want anyone else to receive the same treatment that I did. Being an International student is hard and often extremely isolating and Torrens University need to lift their game

Pathetic Organization. Head of the school is rude, has no time for you and honestly doesn't care. Incredibly unorganized, was an absolute wast of my time and money. Biggest regret was enroll to this campus!!

Please please, don’t take admission in this uni. There is some professors, who are so rude and egoist. I faced it too much. When i said to the student service about this. They are not helping me. Just Disaster. Please take admission anywhere, not here. Only money minded. Right mow, i am studying in this uni., but want to move another uni.
