Awesome Company. The West Gosford staff, Cathy and her team are always so pleasant and helpful to deal with. They go that one step further to deliver world class customer service. The goods are fantastic and ooze quality. When delivered they are so well wrapped. Definitely our fave shop. I drive many km's out of my way to visit the shop frequently. The Coffee shop does amazing coffee too! Keep up the great work Cathy!

I am a regular online shopper and have ordered from thousands of retailers online but I have never experienced customer service as poor as this in my life.nnI ordered a TV unit from OneWorld in the first week of December for my new apartment. Upon purchasing, the invoice said the item was on back order and would be delivered in store by December 20th for immediate dispatch. The week of the 20th, I ensured I stayed home all day each day in anticipation for my delivery.nnBy early January, I had still received no contact from OneWorld besides my initial invoice. I emailed to enquire about it only to be told it was delayed and I’d have to wait another 2 weeks until 10th January. Whilst I fully appreciate that delays happen due to Covid-19 and that busy Christmas time of year, it was frustrating to have to chase up this information rather being kept informed about my order status with a courtesy email or phone call (so I didn’t have to stay home all day, every day waiting). I had another company with shipping delays but they emailed me with updates, called numerous times to apologise and kept me informed with the order status every week. Of course, I am more than understanding in a circumstance like this when I am actually consulted and contacted rather than waiting in the unknown as has been my experience with OneWorld.nnJanuary 10th came around and still no contact. Once again, I emailed OneWorld to be told it was now in store but that I’d have to wait until the dispatch team sent it. Days later, I get notice that my order was shipped with an ETA of January 14th. I had never heard of the courier “Border Express” but was horrified to google them and find a 1 star rating with hundreds of negative reviews. However, this is the courier OneWorld assigned my shipment to. Of course, as per the negative backlash in regards to this courier online, my TV unit never arrived on the 14th.nnI had to call Border Express everyday from the 14th with each day them promising “it will arrive tomorrow” or making excuses like “it’s delayed because it’s a piece of furniture” despite them claiming to be a major heavy freight transporter. I also called OneWorld to say that my order dispatched from the Central Coast had still not arrived at my address in Sydney almost a week later but was told they couldn’t help me over the phone because it was the job of the “warehouse department”. They promised to call me back and liaise with the courier but I received no contact or return phone calls from anyone at OneWorld.nnThis is quoted from the OneWorld websiten“A OneWorld representative will make contact prior advising of an estimated timeframe. Sometimes things don’t go according to plan. If we are running late due to traffic or other areas out of our control, we will make contact to ensure you are kept informed”. I was never contacted in regards to an estimated time frame nor was I kept informed at any stage of the process. I had to chase for information every time I was expecting my item to arrive and it never showed up. I also was never able to elect myself, called the courier to organise a date of delivery- on 3 different occassions across 3 different days (where I said ANY TIME on these days) with OneWorld’s “trusted delivery partner”, I never received my item.nnMoral of the story- after ordering my TV unit over 6 weeks ago, I still have not received it and don’t know if I ever will. Whilst I love the stock and Hamptons feel of OneWorld, I will never be purchasing from this company ever again after such a disappointing, frustrating and stressful shopping experience.
