I recently bought quite a few items from their online store. Once the items got delivered I noticed that the flower pot in the flower arrangement was completely different from the one pictured on their website. They sent me a clear glass tiny vase when the one pictured on their website was much bigger in size and had beautiful detailing on it. When I went back to their website, I realised that they have removed the said flower arrangement from their website while all other flower arrangements once sold out were still showcased on the website. I have since emailed them however I have had no response to my emails.nI am shocked beyond belief and will do better research ordering from a business like this.

Not able to give no stars, the ladies working are rude, poor customer service and speaking about your customers in a different language to your co-workers whilst serving a customer is pathetic. Its obvious your bad mouthing your customer and its just common sense to have manners. Not sure how they have been in business for soo long, miracles are possible i suppose.
Absolutely gorgeous items and amazing customer service. Fatima was extremely patient, understanding and a real multitasker! She has a great eye for detail and works with her customers to make sure they are happy with the end result. Thanks Fatima!
