If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. How hard is it to have a friendly smile and show a bit of respect to your customers? I politely excused myself and asked your assistant for help and she didn’t even so much as look up and make eye contact with me, instead she continued what she was doing and only at the last minute did she stop to help. Why work on the frontline serving customers if you absolutely suck at helping people at a clothing store. Maybe sales over the phone is better suited to you?

Every time I enter Villains in carousel i always get dirty looks and looked up and down by a blonde girl who i believe is named Brooke. I thought I was all in my head until one day i went to Villains with a group of friends and told them to see if the blonde girl would look at me up and down and surpise surpise she did and according to them she was giving me a dirty look. It makes me extremely uncomfortable now knowing that the girls in Villains would talk negatively about customers and also knowing that they were most likely talking negatively about me. Whenever I see Brooke working I completely avoid shopping in Villains!!

Very bad customer service from the blonde and brown hair lady’s they need to learn some respect and manners. My friends and I got accused of stealing and the staff were death staring us the whole time while we were browsing and didn’t even ask if we needed help and then they cornered us in a circle and checked our bags but obviously there was nothing to be found. We were very disappointed in the store employees.

Ex EmployeenI was a manager for Villains for 3years. The owners are extremely unprofessional and constantly like to gossip. They’ve gossiped about every single employee they’ve had. They would also like to gossip about customers appearances/weight/smell that it got to the point of embarrassing for us employees.nIt’s sad that so many young girls are being taken advantage of by them. It’s such a shame they have beautiful clothes if only their personalities matched their stock.nI was bullied to quit when I was 6months pregnant.nI ended up having to chase after them for 3 months to receive any sort of payment for my annual leave pay out.nOne employee (that I know of, there could potentially be more) even tried taking them to court but unfortunately money always has power in these situations.nI always love supporting small businesses especially WA based but please don’t support these horrible bosses! Your money is better spent elsewhere and to people that appreciate you as a customer.
