I have been dealing with Dr. Raphaela for the last 6 years and I don’t have words enough to describe how happy I feel knowing the level of care that Scarborough Dental provides and how safe I am for being looked after a such professional and capable dentist. Great location, high technology equipments and the best of all, different and accessible payment options. At this place I felt secure, highly recommended!

Dr Raphaela will always do her best to communicate clearly with us about our treatment options and all costs associated with our treatment plan. She gave me back my confidence and I am a different person today because I am able to smile properly. I will follow her whenever she goes, Dr. Raphaela is definitely an asset for the Scarborough Dental.

Today I was meant to have an appointment at 10:30 in the morning. For the first time after years.nnDuring the weekend my priority is to spend the time with my daughter so I did not confirm my appointment of today.nnI had a work meeting at 9 at sor and drove back to make it on time my 10:30am appointment today.nnThey rang me from the reception to make sure I’m attending my appointment, but I was at the Mitchell highway back to my appointment so I couldn’t answer.nnI was a min late.nEntered at 10:31am, first thing I said was that I am apologising for my one minute late.nnBut they have already booked someone else.nnThey wouldn’t have me for my 10:30am appointment.nnI wish they had more trust in their clients and won’t be too rushed to cancel an over a week planed appointment.nnWhy I’m giving 5*?nnI’m sure they are doing great job with their clients, just hope they will have more trust in people.nnGood luck!
