Purchased a Mothers day gift a $159.99 puffer vest gift at Claremont WA Lorna Jane with the understanding I could exchange it. The next day I returned the unworn item to exchange for the correct size only to find there were none in stock or online. I was told to read the receipt that no refunds were possible only an exchange voucher. I explained all we needed was a jacket coming into winter. I was told there were other things in stock including handbags. All I can advise is make sure you try it on before you buy. I don't recommend you buy clothing as a gift or you may be stuck swapping it for something you didn't intend to purchase. I won't be shopping again at Lorna Jane.
