A friend and I ordered an item in-store, as it was sold out and advised they’ll post it as soon as it arrives back in-store. Almost three months later and we have not yet received said item. Contacted store, assured that they’ll post the item out immediately, yet, I’m still yet to receive it. Excellent customer service and salesmanship, but terrible at delivering promises, like all salesmen.nnIf you see something you want from that shop and it’s not in stock, don’t waste your time. Order it online, it’ll arrive faster.
Very bad customer service. They lied about the product to just sell it. They also had $50 cash back online on this product, that he didn’t tell me, which was really disappointing.
