Good quality sportswear, very stylish and comfortable.nIt will break your budget if you are planning to purchase few items.
Bought a 'we made too much` jumper 2 weeks ago and asking for a return /exchange 2 weeks later for store credit due to this jumper is really limiting the range of motion. Got told off that discounted items could not be returned. Well, I've got store credit previously from other lululemon shops with no issues. The reply from staff was ‘whoever served you must be a new employee‘. Right, they might not be as old and as you are, but they know how to keep.regular customers. I will definitely not visit karrinup store again.
Went this morning,terrible customer service!!!fake smile,not approachable!!!end up not buying in store..I always go to this branch because of the friendly atmosphere but not today!!!!
Visited during late night shopping, not a customer in the store expect for my partner and I. The staff were so engrossed in their conversation with one another they couldn’t be bothered greeting us. I came to buy at least two items but left and went to Nike instead after the lack of service here.
Love this place! everyone is so lovely and accommodating.
