Been with this bank for many years now. As with all company's you don't know if you can trust them until you see how you are treated when you have a real problem. I recently had a duplicate transaction on my account, that is the same amount of money I payed a supplier came out of my account TWICE less than a minute apart. My supplier only got ONE PAYMENT yet Heritage show giving them TWO payments. When I rang Heritage Bank they refused to help I even asked to speak to the supervisor who also refused to do anything at all and eventually hung up on me supposedly because I raised my voice as you often do talking to heartless lazy people who are only interested in repeating the "go away and leave us alone if you are not going to give us more money" company supplied script.. With this type of behavior Heritage Bank can not be trusted with anyone's.e savings as they apparently are happy to loose or steal your money and give NO EXPLANATION or REFUND!!
