In the five years since finding Blayney, I finally visited the Hang Seng Chinese restaurant.nWow. Amazing choices of authentic Asian foods from pork, beef, chicken, seafood, rice and noodle dishes!nnTakeaway or dine in. Phone ahead for orders. Amazing service, lovely staff.nnMy favourite is sweet and sour pork, fried rice and steamed prawn dumplings....My husband loves the cheese omelette which comes with chips.nnThey have Aussie foods, fish and chips big adult serve as well as children sized serves / mealsnnDo yourself a favour, visit Hang Sing during your visit /stay at Blayney. Have been here for lunch and dinner a few times, but I always find the place very dark! The short soup is not always fresh , last time it tasted super salty and stale. The meals are average, good portions. Service is excellent especially for takeaways! What ruined the dine in option for me, that the kitchen staff argues very loudly at times in the kitchen, to the point that it was very uncomfortable to listen to! Also the walls are not the cleanest, the place could do with new furbishing and paint. The prices are affordable but not cheap!
