Having visited your business early this week to inquire and possibly order couple of items for my bathroom Reno ,my wife and myself were totally disappointed with the poor customer service that was received. We were approached by a sales person and after being informed as to what we were after she showed us couple of vanities and tiles and after being asked for some information she walked away and never came back. We then found out that she was on her phone.We had to ask again for assistance and when was told about another unit she again walked away and sat down. We waited for her to return but she showed no interest while we needed more assistance . There was 2 other sales people there but none of them showed any interest either. Being the only customer in the showroom there was no reason to be ignored. Being disgusted we walked out and will not be coming back.don’t know the lady name but she was a young tall lady wearing a nude head scarf
These guys are the best in the business for any supplies that you need from building supplies to tapwears , vanities etcnnNadeen at the front desk is very easy to deal with and makes the process smooth.nnWould definitely recommend them for anyone renovating or buying a new homennYou won’t be disappointed.

Both Nadeem and Sam are very helpful and goes the extra yard to give you the best items for your reno. Highly recommend them. They have a wide variety of tiles and all bathroom reno items at reasonable price.
