United Tilt Tray Service

Stuck on a Friday arvo with a motorbike broken down on West Coast highway on my birthday. Called United Tilt Tray from a google search and Fiona was incredibly helpful, even let me vent about my luck that day and leading up to the breakdown, payment was easy and a great price and before I knew it Dragan was on his way, we got the bike on the back and strapped down. Very cautious of fenders and plastics which was appreciated. Drove me home with the bike but one better took me back to my birthday party in scarborough. didnt have to do that but was really appreciated. Had a great chat in the Truck, offered a cold drink. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks United Tilt Tray.

I would just like to commend the level of amazing service I received this morning from Tane one of your tow truck men. His level of service was second to none, he was so comforting in such a high level of stress for me. I had an accident and he put my mind at ease! Stood with me in pouring rain he even got an umbrella for me!! I don't normally give complements but he is an absolute asset to your company and you are very lucky to have him working for you.nnHe made an extremely stressful situation that little bit easier.nnI hope this gets passed on to whoever it may be. His customer service was number one and I will highly recommend you to family and friends.

Blown away by how FRIENDLY this team is! Got a call from their office this morning to arrange for my car to be towed and the lady was an absolute pleasure. Within 15 minutes the tow truck driver had called me to give me notice of his arrival and he too made the process as easy as possible and even cared to ask what happened and if everyone was ok. Such a breath of fresh air, thanks for the friendly and efficient service!

Just like to thank the wonderful, amazing staff, Tania, Rob,Jenni and the whiole team for being so compassionate, helpful professional duriing a very stressful and traumatic time. I think they should win the order of Australia for their outstanding service.

Loaded my car & got it to where I needed ASAP ...BRILLIANT
