LUKE, ASHLEY AND EBONY WERE VERY HELPFUL, ORGANISED AND PROFESSIONAL WITH REGARDS TO MY HYBRID FLOORING. THEY MADE THE PROCESS EASY AND THEIR TRADES PEOPLE WERE ALSO WONDERFUL. THE FLOOR LOOKS AMAZING, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEAM !

We were delighted with the service we received. Ebony was so helpful friendly and efficient and knew what she was talking about. She also made sure that we had our flooring delivered in time to take back to our home town the next day. We wouldn't hesitate in going back to this outlet.

The customer service was truly amazing. The installer was friendly and very helpful. He finished the job in a clean & tidy manner. I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship. I would highly recommend.

Luke and Ebony at Flooring Xtra were good to deal with. They arranged for the installers, Aaron and his father inlaw to come and install the flooring and they were a great team.
