Very poor, this company got half way through our subdivision and then decided to stop work despite us being completely up to date with our payments (although never agreed to make incremental payments) They have one person at the front of house that does all the work and answers the phone however they do actually communicate with him as a miscommunication occurred. Instead of picking up the phone they decided on legal action???????!!!nWhen we tried to speak to the owners Murray and Gary they refused to speak with us despite us having had a relationship over 20 years.nVery very unprofessional behaviour. To this day we still haven't heard from them and they have taken $1000s from us for a product that cannot be used.....Definitely do not recommend this company.
Do not use this firm. They took my daughter to court for a small bill tpayment delay hat had been ageed. They managed to do this without her knowing by illegally mis-serving the notice on the trenant. Its now a shonky company.
Carlton Surveys are no longer competent as the principles have other interests and the best staff have left. Do not recommend using this firm under any circumstances
Carlton Surveys were recommended to me by a real estate agent friend and I'm so glad I listened to my gut instinct and went with them. Murray is a gentleman and a scholar and has the old school touch. His team were lovely too. Many could and should follow Murray's example. The world would be a much better easier place.
Firm is unresponsive, unprofessional, does not return calls when there is a problem, they refuse to allow you to speak to anyone in charge. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.
