I went into this store over the weekend and was delighted to see the amazing decorative bowls on display. The staff member helped me find something as a gift which was a massive weight off my shoulders. They even offered to gift wrap it for me and it looked stunning!nWill definitely be back!

Went into your store today with a friend to purchase a gift ...two staff members were chatting behind counter they did not greet or acknowledge us as we walked around the store ... so no servuce no sale where has customer service gone these daysnWe went over to house and the staff there were amazingnI will have to go to another wheel and barrow to purchase what I really wantednBecause those staff members weren't getting my money

Thanks so much for all your help- went in for a gift, was in a rush and the staff were extremely helpful. They offered to gift wrap whilst I ran some errands! Usually never post reviews but I didn't catch their names and wanted to say thank you.

Beware their opening hours have changed... So opening hours that show here are incorrect.

Their customer service is just beyond terrible.nStore manager named Fee, had the worse attitude. We got a whole sets of Plates and bowls as a house warming gift from a family member who found out we love the stuff from wheelbarrow. One of the plate had a small chip at the bottom, so we decided to go back to exchange it. Should be an easy fix if the store person is helpful enough.nnNow, my family bought it as a gift and we didn’t think to get the receipt from them as we love the gifts so much. So I gave them the phone number to trace the receipts from the system, but the store manager said she couldn’t find it. (I checked with another shop the next day and found out that the number was actually RIGHT in the system) I asked if she can just check the transaction just as a proof of purchase as I remember exactly when my family bought and when. She refused. And said she couldn’t do that as she doesn’t want to go the extra miles to search us the receipt. And she said she needed to go through all those plate prices again, and in the end, she wanted to just brush it off and threatened to call security as she was getting agitated which made me agitated. She asked me to just accept the chipped plate because it wasn’t her problem that I didn’t have the receipt, and that she didn’t want to check the reciept in her system. And asked me to come back the next day when her RSM was there. She was so unwilling to help, NOT PROFESIONAL, wanted to push responsibility to others and worse. She was only excited about sales during those other times when we went in to purchase items.nnThis is just the worse customer experience I’ve ever had as there is no after care at all. she JUST UNWILLING TO HELP. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND I WILL CERTAINLY NOT SHOP FOR THIS BRAND AGAIN. I hope the brand reviews this and hope that the manager Fee isn’t a true representation of the wheelbarrow brand.
