Visited the store today and experienced the worse customer service ever from the girl in the change rooms @ 11.00am. Horrendous infact that myself and 2 daughters walked out without buying at least 6 items we wanted..nSorry cotton lost sales and need to train your staff!!
Phoned and was put on hold, sat on the line for over 10 minutes, I could hear the cashiers talking to each other. Had to go back to the store because phone wasnt hung up. Told cashier when I get to the store, and i get attitude from staff and eyerolls. Like I didn't just spend almost 2 hours trying to get them on the phone.
customer service here is deplorable! couldn’t give customers the time of day, especially the staff member in the change rooms. real shame!
