Fantastic massage by Emily. Highly recommend. I have had quite a few now. She knows her stuff and really works those knots and tense areas, best remedial massage I have had.
HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I have been seeing the team at Embody since they opened their doors and saw Lauren & Karolina years before that. I am now seeing Maddi for physio treatment & Pilates. All the staff are incredibly friendly & caring. The physio team are all extremely knowledgeable and truly want the best results for each client.
This is an amazing Pilates studio. The quality of instructors is really high. The studio is small with only 6 reformer machines so you get a lot of individual personal feedback. I would highly recommend Embody!
Maddie was amazing! She was friendly, helpful and so knowledgeable. I would recommend her to others in a heartbeat! Looking forward to continuing my treatment sessions with her.
I've been going to see Lauren for the past 4 years. Always brilliant (and funny!), addresses not only current issues but future prevention. Most recently, with my pregnancy, I have received more info from Lauren than anyone else - preparation, recovery, etc. Every exercise is really tailored to your needs. I've recommended two other family members to Embody, they the other physios at the practice and everyone always comes back with positive feedback.
