Centrelink

Based on the reviews, I excepted a bad service. To be honest, my first visit to Centrelink was absolutely amazing and efficient. Sally at the front desk, is very calm, helpful, efficient in her work. Despite of having name issue in locating and registering me with Centrelink, Sally helped me with my account. She promised to call me in the afternoon and which I did and sorted my problem , helped me with linking. It was such a positive experience and I highly recommend Sally, who is excellent at her work and holds lovely personality. Thank you Sally , you are amazing.

I just had the most wonderful positive experience at Centrelink after going through a rough spell in life. Centrelink staff member Jayne was extremely helpful and had lot's of empathy for my situation. I just met an old lady this afternoon who dose not familiar with her job uff08always ask her Indian leaderuff09and also she is really rude and had bad attitude to us. But her Indian leader also is her teacher who has really good attitude to us.

Waited here a couple times to organise Medicare card and rental assistance, had to wait hours just to talk to someone for 5 minutes. Government should get their act together to make services more accessible
