Bought kids to this outlet.nCashier not keen in encouraging customers to download their apps, really.nDidn’t bother to explain discount benefits in exchange of customer retention CRM plan through apps.nUpon spending quite some time understanding the apps, downloads, we’ve decided to split the bill as we see benefits to do so as some of us will be moving to east coast and will definitely continue shopping there.nThis seems too cumbersome and too much of an effort for her, and keeps persuading us and confuses us that it’s not doable.nThank you Uniqlo, you seems not impacted by the pandemic. Good luck!

What can I say about this place, t-shirts are of decent quality for the price, special the anime printed ones, my wife buys few things when she goes to this store

I love this branding but not this store at Carousel, the staffs not friendly here. Today I was pushing my baby in pram, and accidently stand on a wrong queue (the exit line), It was ONLY ME at the waiting area. The lady told me to wait as the rooms are full...I wait, and till 2-3 customers came out, and the lady serve the other customers into the room whoes come later than me, I was still thinking maybe the lady is waiting the bigger room for me and the pram, and keep me wait, until a customer told me that I stood on a wrong queue! Then I go back to the right queue, the lady roll me a eyes then told me to go room 7 Which is a small room.nAlso when I finished the fitting, she were not friendly and ask me which room I was in? And said why i didn't hang the number plate outside?nnI don't understand, why she can't just tell me I were on wrong queue but ask me to wait there and treat me like a queue jumper? It is hard to go shops with a baby, I didn't jump the queue and just didn't seen the exit card, as the queue I stood on was entrance line months ago! Can't you just be more nice and tell me to the right line?nnTotally a bad shopping experience at this store. Unfriendly staffs.
