Been in there several times, every time I go into store the customer service is hideous. A simple hello isn’t hard. I love the products but refuse to buy in store.
I wish I could give a -1 star for this Decjuba branch in Cannington. I like this brand but some staff in this branch store are Very rude and have no idea about their stock in store nor are they helpful enough. Didn't even make the efforts to go find the item I was looking for when I asked one of the lady to help me instead she was dead sure that there were none in the store and were all sent to Watertown store, until I found it lying right at the entrance display area. I wish I could name the particular lady here. Management should do something about training their staff for customer service to keep up the brand name.
Nice clothes but they lack service, been in about 5 times and didn’t even get a hello. You want people to spend money how about make some effort?
The staff are always great and the clothes are good value for money.
Went in cause a friend was interested, prices were a bit on the high side, style is interesting and unique, more promotions and discount items would be nice. Recommended to take a look.
