Tennant Creek Caravan Park

No a bad little place, the sites were spacious and had Grass which was nice for a change, the water was of good quality as there is a dam near to town (not bore water!). Even though the amenities are old they're clean and functional. There's even a very clean swimming pool on site which would be great in the warmer months. I'd definitely stay again.

Lovely welcome on our arrival. Spacious grassed sites, facilities were clean; plenty of lovely hot water for showers. Plenty washing machines. Good price. Been here twice now and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed there twice, first time was good, weren’t many people in that occasion so was easy use the kitchen facilities and the owner was really nice man, when we asked him about stay a couple of extra hours and pay extra he didn’t charge us because we arrived the night before a bit late. The second time we arrived at 19:30 and was clear the lady wasn’t happy that we arrived at that time. We asked the same about stay a couple of hours the next day and paid a bit extra but the lady told us if we stay a couple of hours we should pay an extra day($ 34) and at 12:15 she was really rude to tell us to leave, when she saw us taking our stuff from the kitchen.nThe kitchen is uncomfortable if someone else want to cook, because for the all camping they have one 3 burner cooker.nThe rest it’s ok, clean bathroom and plenty of space.

Friendly staff and they help you guide your van into your spot. Clean facilities and we felt safe and secure despite your kids yelling at 3 am in the morning .nThere is a high fence with barbed wire surrounding the park with security gates locked at night. Good for an overnight stop over.

Great spot to stay. Clean, safe, secure and well maintained. Wonderful host's and would definitely recommend as a stay over point.
