Whilst they attended our property promptly to remove a flea infestation, the treatment didn't work, and they charged $300 for a 2-bedroom apartment. 3 days later we still have fleas jumping on our feet and legs and biting my toddler. I called their office 3 times this morning and emailed them last night to advise that the fleas were still apparent and that the unit needed to be resprayed. I only just received a response back - 6 hours later - to tell me they can't attend to the problem today, only in 2 days time. Wouldn't you prioritize a job like this? Not happy. Don't recommend ABC at all.
