Sadie is the best yoga instructor I have ever experienced and I have tried many all over Oz.nMy favorite class is gentle yoga. With increasing stress and complexities of everyday life, this class allows me to stop and relax. #metime. Sadie makes you feel welcome everytime. Her descriptive articulation of each move allows you to really benefit and submerge into the total yoga experience. I'm lost without my weekly yoga.
Sadie is fantastic! so genuine and caring, she also knows how to keep things light hearted.
