Sven's Viking Pizza Food Truck

Went here for some takeaway pizza to bring home to eat during the footy. The pizza choices looked great and the selection quite extensive given this was just a food truck. All pizzas were also $15 which is a plus! We ordered the supreme which we were happy also came with anchovies. We ordered and were told it was a 15 minute wait so walked around the area. Pizza was ready once we came back in 15 minutes time. Brought the pizza home and pizza looked great - generous toppings and liked that they were all the way to the crust. Unfortunately that's where all the positives ended. We could barely lift the pizza off the box as the pizza was extremely undercooked. The base of the pizza was sticking to the box (as you can see from the second picture). Unfortunately the pizza had not been cooked long enough so the base tasted like raw dough which was quite unpleasant. We tried rescuing the pizza by popping it in the air fryer but could not get the base cooked enough without completely burning the toppings. The pizza could not be salvaged and I had to resort to rummaging through our fridge for leftovers. Very disappointed as we were excited having a local affordable pizza place nearby but unfortunately not the case. Hoping this is fixed soon as the pizza itself looked amazing.

Great Swedish pizza. Made to order in a wood fired oven. Fresh ingredients and the pizza base is hand flipped. Will definitely be back

Damn pizza was crispy and tasty. Wood fired pizza in an affordable price. Everyone should try it.

$15 dollar for fired wood pizza . Worth it. And was tasty and fresh aswell. I recommend everyone to vist it once
