It is the worst customer service I have ever seen.nThe lady at the counter is really rude, unprofessional and impolite. She is rude with customers and even with the rest of the staff.nnOn the other hand I waited more than 20 minutes for a burger and the shop wasn’t busy at all.nnI just don’t recommend this place. It’s just a waste of time and money.

I don't know how this ogalo still in Business. Lady with short hair has no customer service and very slow to make burger meal that I ordered. Never gonna come back

Very poor customer service! Lady with grey hair (possibly the franchisee) today was abusing an Uber Eats driver for an issue out of his control. Then proceeded to berate him loudly to other people. Eventually he left, and she continued to voice her opinion to the next customer in line who felt uneasy and changed their mind and ordered elsewhere. Disappointing to say the least.

Extremely poor customer service. The grey haired lady at the front is casually chatting with friends and has no customer service whatsoever. I almost abandoned my order because it took soo long. I eventually received my meal which was dripping in oil. The only good thing is they provided enough napkins to wipe my hands clean of the oil. Never coming back again.

Unconscionably long wait times and terrible service led to me abandoning the food I ordered and going elsewhere to eat. There weren’t enough staff to cope with the orders and those there didn’t seem to care about how slow they were going or serving their customers properly. Disgusting sums it up.
