if you don't read the quote and contract carefully, you ll have a big trouble after sale!n- they promise many things but once they take the deposited then you ll start chasing them up and if you had trouble in after sale service, you ll have to ring them everyday so they might able to help. ((I chase them almost 2 years to come fix the leakage damage in my house)).nnAlso, after talking to their installers, they pay them so little that they have to use cheap material and ending you having all trouble!nnBe careful! all the best!

Fantastic company who I would recommend to anyone looking for solar. Carlos in the sales team was very helpful and great to talk to. The admin Jessica was also very helpful, she kept me updated throughout the installation process and when there was an issue with my inverter she got the electrician straight back out to rectify. The installers were polite and friendly, all in all great service from everyone involved.

After sales/ warranty care is absolutely rubbish. It took more than a month for them to send in application to Ausgrid after install, system shutting down on sunny days and took dozen of calls to get them to send someone to rectify issue. During this time didn’t bother to call and keep me informed kept on hold when I asked for a manager.nIf you go with these guys, pray your system will not have any issues. They are only interested until you pay the money.

Do not make the mistake of dealing with them. Skylight Energy is all nice until you have an issue and then they turn nasty. Terrible!

Everyone we dealt with at Skylight Energy was polite and helpful and also did an excellent job. They were eager to help and enthusiastic about their work. It was easy to work with them from start to finish. They were prompt too and finished the job within the promised timeframe. We cannot say enough good about Skylight Energy.
