I stopped in here on my lunch break to get a new wrist band for a smart watch that I was giving as a gift, and to also get some links taken out of my current watch. It is surprisingly busy in the middle of the day. The line was about 5 people deep, and there was a 30 minute wait on services. Regardless though, the staff were friendly and helpful. I watched as they went through the others with other customers to do engraving, being sure to check spelling with customers before proceeding with their order. One of the things I like about this place as well is that they offer discounts for RACQ members and repeat customers. If you need to get a few things, keep ahold of your receipt as there is a discount code on the back. Great service, would definitely recommend.
