This place looks like it has everything but, alas, no. Asked for an E14 bulb--all brands out of stock. They called Artarmon branch--out of stock. Called Alexandria branch and they had 45 in stock--great! Can they send two over to Crows Nest? Yes, if I pay the shipping. Forget it. Reduced star rating.
Amazing customer experience, despite my lack of the knowledge of the english language, they were able to find the perfect lamps for me. I like keeping lamps in my toilet, and I thought I would never find the perfect lamp after I broke mine because my dad thought it was a shovel, and used it for gardening, but now I can replace that lamp with this new Beacon Lighting lamp! Would recommend TO ANYONE!
Had to order a replacement shade for my celling fan. A++ customer service. Will definitely be coming back for my lighting needs.

Dealt with the older gentlemen in the store (name escapes me) who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and great to deal with. He gave us an education in lighting which led us to a better decision ultimately.nWe purchased 3 different lights and are very happy with the purchase.nA very good experience.
