We got a couple of quotes and very happy with the Carpet Court result. The sales team and the installers were all really friendly and efficient. We chopped and changed a bit, but very happy with the outcomes.
Really great service from a team of experts. Love the advice and feedback sand the range which they also seem to mostly have in stock. Wish we had gone here first.

On the whole, I'm very impressed. The transaction was made very easy, from the showroom discussion, to the quick measure and quote. After we accepted the quote, the job was booked in the very next day. The price was competitive. The contracted installer was very professional and he did a good job. We are happy with the end result. My only gripe and I say this just as a matter of caution. I don't think that their terms of trade (requiring full payment for supply and installation) before the job was completed meets consumer Law. I think they can request full payment for the goods before installation, but not for the labour. I also think that a 30% deposit might also be a bit higher than what consumer Law says is acceptable for transactions under $20k? But, on the flip side - I can't fault the service or the quality of the product or the quality of workmanship??
