My grandmother recently had vinyl planks installed and is very happy. There were a few things that needed fixing and they came out that day and replaced them. Friendly service and very accommodating. Would recommend.
Great showroom and Simon was knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. Pricing & products seem en par with others but the standard & quality of the fit is exceptional.
Outstanding service and great carpet. We were treated exceptionally well by all sales staff who explained all options to us and the carpet layer was fantastic. He was on time, polite and even helped me with some heavy furniture when he finished! Thank you Peter, Katrina and Jayden. We love our new carpet!
We were quoted $8000 for a job, however the actual cost of the job was over $12 500. We found this out after paying a 50% deposit. We found the quotation process very misleading. We are now seeking to get our deposit back, however when I contacted Andersens they could only 'see what they could do...'.
After multiple disappointing trips to other carpet stores over many weeks we finally found ourselves at Andersens!nImmediately upon arrival we felt like we were valued customers and there was a really positive atmosphere in the shop.nKatrina was friendly, knowledgable and most importantly listened to what we needed. They had LOTS of sales on which allowed us to purchase top quality pet protect carpet on a budget! Exciting!nOur measure and quote was prompt and Ben gave LOTS of helpful advice.nThe lads that installed the carpet were very approachable and respectful of our house, cleaning as they went with a perfcet install and carpet join.nFrom start to finish it was clear that there was strong communication between all the staff and with us, they wanted to make sure we were being looked after. Great experience, you just cant get customer service like this anymore!
