Best gas service to deal with. I've made orders online and gas is always delivered the next day in the morning. Easy to order gas and hassle free!

Called to report a gas leak. They took a week to get back to me, by text, to tell me the leak wasn’t their problem. Pretty par for the course for the service I’ve experienced with this local team

EDIT: money refunded via cheque and issue has been resolved.nnJumped online to order a domestic gas bottle as we suddenly ran out. Went through all profile areas including LOCATION. Paid $125 and sat back for my estimated delivery of four days later. Got a call next morning. They don't service my area. Would have been good if the website had picked this up.nOkay, how long will my refund take?nThey only send cheque refunds and that only happens once a week. So worst case scenario, I have to wait a week for a cheque to be mailed, two to three days for it to arrive, find a day I'm not working to take it to my bank an hour from home to put it into my account, then wait seven to ten more days for it to hit my account. All without gas I need to cook for my family!nArchaic system guys. May wanna fix that. And maybe stop your website accepting deliveries for areas you don't service...

HAVE A POSSIBLE GAS LEAK AND IT ISNT BEING TAKEN SERIOUSLY... THEN GOT HUNG UP ON BY ELGAS GRAFTON BECAUSE I COULDNT GO OUT AND CHECK MY GAS BOTTLE WITH HOT WATER BECAUSE I HAVE A NEW BORN AND WAS BREAST FEEDING AT THE TIME.... MAY ACTUALLY NEED TO CALL EMERGENCY SERVICES INSTEAD!!!nHORRIBLE COMPANY!
