After meeting several building companies, we decided Steve and the Modbuilt team were the right fit for us based on his in-depth knowledge, upfront transparency with some elements we initially had questions about, and over all, his friendly approach. Throughout the renovation process Steve kept us up to date with regular communication and accommodated all our requests. As we were still living in our home during the bathroom and kitchen renovation, we were impressed at how Steve and his tradesmen would always keep the site clean and treated our property with respect.
