I have tried lot of people and found Sonny, the right professional and knowledgeable person to do my newly bought house in Smithfield. He came morning at right time. He went inside house subfloor and checked any termites and checked the roof. Did the pest control have booked for termite preventative treatment. If you are looking for a genuine guy go with him.
