Horrible experience with Pest Shield. Staff was rude over the phone when booking me in. Owner was incredibly unhelpful and had some attitude over the phone. I thought the other reviews were fake but they're definitely not fake! Avoid this company as they will take advantage of you. Technician was only here for 10 minutes after complaining about the stairs for 20 minutes refusing to carry up his gear. In the end I had to help carry half his stuff only to see him do a quick squirt here and there. Still have cockroaches a few weeks after. Owner is refusing any warranty and yells at me on the phone when I call. Trust me the owner is probably gonna say this is fake like he does with all the other honest reviews! It's clear his mates are posting the good reviews to save some face. Not worth the money as now I have to get another company out and take more time off work. Very disappointing.
Excellent and fast service! Can highly recommend them.
