Good customer service. Prices are pretty much what we can expect at retail. They have more catalogue items that they can order in. But may take months to arrive from Europe and stuff. You get the real thing that way..
Great collection of chandelier & pendant lights. Friendly staff and very competitive price.
I really felt the benefit of shopping local here. We purchased some pendants for a recent kitchen renovation and dealt with several staff over various visits. Not only was their lighting range far superior to anywhere else’s we visited, each of the staff members we dealt with were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and when some bulbs we purchased had a minor issue they didn’t hesitate in changing them.
Great variety to choose from. Great customer service. Great pricing. Peter and the staff are fantastic.
