I rarely write reviews but this experience definitely deserves one. Today my mother and I were served by a lovely lady named Donner who went above and beyond to help us. We were after all the pillow covers for a set we had bought however they have been out of stock nationwide for a while now, every store we went into was unable to provide us on information on when they would come back in. Donna went to the off-site and opened all the new delivery boxes to find them for us. She spent quite a while doing so, as I also work in retail I know how difficult it can be to find certain items amongst new deliveries. We really appreciate Donnas diligence and willingness to find what we were after and will be returning to her for all our future Sheridan purchases.

Very poor customer service and wouldn't recommend at all. Had a click and collect. Told one of the staff that I'll come on Saturday to pick up. She said she'll leave a note to the manager. Saturday 9am received an email that they have cancelled the order. When I placed the order it was never mentioned anywhere about their strict timeline.
Their staff are very kind and helpful, very patient too, thanks so much for your help, my favorite Sheridan store =)
