I purchased a product from there, took it home , undid all of the packaging, threw packing ( plastic ) out and assembled it. Unfortunately, it did not fit the purpose that I needed it for. I contacted the shop and after some discussions between me, staff and distributor , I am very pleased to say that, today the issue has been resolved and I am very happy with the result. A big Thankyou to the young male staff member and all others at the store. I shall be back .

Staff are unknowledgeable of products and dismissive of customers. Horrible experience in this store... would not recommend shopping here.

I must be one of the lucky ones compared to all the negative reviews. But then again, I didn’t buy any knives, just other kitchen products. The staff seemed friendly and helpful to me.

I bought a mortar and pestle worth $ 65 from this shop, and the pestle was broken after one week while I was using it. I only used it twice. I went there to talk to them and showed them the broken pestle. When we went there to buy it, they were so polite, friendly and very helpful. But when I went back with the broken pestle, they turned quite rude, unfriendly and not helpful at all. Although I did not have my bill with me, I knew the exact date and time. And I could provide them the payment proof through the bank app. They didn’t even bother to take a look at their system to trace the sale and told me they cant do anything about it since I didn’t have the bill.nWe have bought many things from them and never went back asking for refund or wanting to return stuff. It is fine if they didn’t want to replace it with a new one or give me the money back. At least some respect and listening to a regular customer would have been sufficient.nI would never go to this place even if that is the last place standing.
