Many thanks to Smith & Co who've been so helpful throughout my three bathroom installs over the past few years. They have an excellent selection, as good as you'll find anywhere. Tarna has a keen eye for trends & a genuine passion for design. On top of that.... they are just really nice hardworking people.

I wouldn’t worry about trying to get a service from this outfit. I first approached them close on a year ago. I went to the shop and noted some tiles as possibilities. Got Leon’s number but was told he would call me re a quote for a bathroom Reno.nI’m sure you know the sorry tale that follows. He didn't call so I called him. He didn’t get to quote for many many weeks. Apologised profusely and said it was because he was short staffed. The quote arrived weeks later than he said it would.nI rang the shop and told them I was happy with it and asked what was next. They said they would be in touch.nI agreed to wait many months till the new year for the job to be done to give Leon time to complete his other jobs. I rang and emailed and texted to try to get the measurements of the tiles I would need, so I could complete my budget. Neither he nor his wife in the shop ever got back to me, and it had not been included in the quote.nnAfter that, I was sure the job would not be done and lo and behold, two weeks before my job would have been due to go ahead, I got a text saying sorry, but he couldn’t do it.nnTilers can get away with this lack of service and professionalism because as we all know, there are not enough of them. But seriously, is there any need to muck people about quite so much?
